    breakfast: roast pork
    lunch: roast pork, olives
    snack: sf jello
    dinner: fillet mignon, lettuce, cucumber, olives, ranch dressing

    I am not going to weigh until the end of the challange. I tend to get too number obsessed! I feel like I am doing well though, especially since hubby is now on Atkins with me. I downloaded some yummy recipies from a lowcarb board and I'm going to try them out this weekend. I'm ready for a bit of a change from what I've been eating. I'm going to make chicken cordon bleu, creamy sour cream chicken, hamburger cheese pie, and southwest deviled eggs.

    I am not going to post my menus--just how many points I have eaten. Yesterday I ate above my 18-23 points. I ate 33, but earned 7 AP, so I netted 26 points for the day.

    Lunch: taco salad(no chips)
    Dinner: London broil, salad

    Sunday's food:
    Breakfast: bacon and eggs
    Lunch: grilled chicken tenders w/grilled veggies, salad
    Dinner: creamy chicken breasts, sugar free popsickle

    I didn't take a free day this past week. I have 48 days until hubby's 30th reunion and I want him to be proud to be seen with me!
