    Ramona.... We all take a few days off from time to time. Please get right back OP, you are doing so good.

    Friday...
    Breakfast.....Ham & cheese wraps
    Lunch...2 baked chicken breasts, 1/2 cup turnip greens
    Dinner.....2 sirloin patties w/ swiss cheese, small Romiane salad w/ ranch dressing

    Lots of water today over 80 oz

  • Good morning everyone! Here is Friday's menu:

    B--2 scrambled eggs with cheese and salsa, decaf coffee and 1/2 and 1/2

    L--spicy chicken with romaine, hard boiled egg and cheese, with Ranch dressing

    cocktail--rum and diet coke (hey it's Friday!)

    D--chicken sausage with asparagus, cheese

    water, water, water

    Saturday...
    Breakfast...2 scam eggs w/cheese Bacon
    Lunch...ham and swiss cheese wraps
    Dinner...BIG salad w/ Romaine, tomatoe, egg, cheese and bacon!!

    Bonus... 1 Pure Delite choc bar!!

    Sunday...
    Breakfast...Ham and cheese omelett
    Lunch....A whole roasted chicken... See Gayle I'm a pig too!!!LOL
    Dinner....BLT salad w/ Bacon ranch dressing

    I didn't drink all my water this weekend but I did stay OP!!

  • My Easter challenge was to lose 10 lbs. I have lost 9 lbs. since I set my challenge on the 5th!

    Now I will challenge myself again!!! I will lose 6 more lbs. by Easter making my new challenge 15 lbs. instead of 10 lbs!!!!

  • Awesome Sherry !!!!! Great work!!! Have you thought what it would feel like to lug around a 10 pound bag of potatoes? After work tonight give it a try for an hour........take out the pound that you haven't lost yet and see what that feels like.

    I lost half a pound this week
    I guess I should be happy because I have lost a total of 6 pounds which was my goal.
    The last few days I ate more that I should of.......
    I would rather lose half a pound than gain one.
    Here's to a new goal and a weight loss this week!

    I did not stay OP this weekend with everything going on at home. Besides that, I couldn't build a pond without a beer or two to cool me down! Back OP today!!!!

    I weighed this morning and was very pleased. Down 2 more pounds!!! Total weigh-loss 6 pounds!!! That is half way to my goal, so I know i can make it !!!

    Breakfast.....2 boiled eggs
    Lunch....small salad w/ deli turkey
    Dinner planned....T-bone steak and a Romaine salad

    Sherry...I drank 80 oz of WATER today!!!

    Gayle...Let me know if you like the choc bar. I drink a beer sometimes too. Have you tried Michelob Ultra, 2 carbs in a 12oz bottle?
