So good to hear. Someone should report the first clinic to IP headquarters if there is such a thing in Canada.
Do you have to drive far to the new clinic.

  • I just had my weekly WI yesterday and asked about a price increase and was told that IP is going up $1 per box to $28 per box as of 3/1/12. They were so crowded on Friday that I didn't even get a chance to ask about the packet prices.
  • Quote: I'm curious now, how much does it cost? My clinic does not sell the packages individually. I buy 3 boxes a week, for $84. That way I have different foods each time of the day but still gets boring. My husband, brother-in-law, and mother/father-in-law are all OP so we try swapping foods for more of a variety.
I can understand the increase, everything goes up at some point. Thats why we need to stick with and be done before it breaks our wallets!
$84 sounds about what I pay a week. I am in Maryland and it is $4 per pack until March 1 and $27 per box except the Mango RTD which is $37 for an 8 pack. My average weekly cost is $81-$85 but I paid $325 to start up which included 1 mos vitamins 1 weeks food.
  • Quote: I am so upset to read all of this... $4.00 a pack, I WISH!!!! My clinic charges me $9.00 and at 3 a day that $27.00 and at a week.... well I'm broke! If prices go up more, I'm done!
$9 per pack is highway robbery. It appears that IP or non one else controls the charge each clinic passes on to you., You should look for another clinic in your area or see if you can order thru IP on line.

    Hey Pat,
I was driving into Red Deer to go to the first clinic and this other new one is in Red Deer as well. I work in Red Deer and the drive is only 30-45 minutes depending on the highway. But I always book my weigh in's around when I'll be in town. I have reported the old clinic to IP USA and to the better business board. Have you checks out the Sugar free store on Gatez, its a life saver! All the WF products!

So strange two clinics in the same city can be so different. It seems to me they are not very well regulated in Canada. I thought you were going to say the first clinic was way out in the middle of nowhere. Funny how they think people would put up with being scammed when they are not the only clinic in the area.

My brother lives in Red Deer. Next time I am there I will check out the sugar free store.
There is an excellent sugar free store in Edmonton too. It is called Sweet Tweets and is in the Millwoods area.

So glad you found a legitimate clinic that is just as easy to get to.

YAAAYYY!! So pleased that you found one! I'm sure that's going to make a big difference for you.

And you're right about the sugar-free store on Gaetz...they have everything WF and more. My clinic sells the WF product as well but doesn't have the huge selection that the store does.
