  • Quote: Dry yesterday - waves to dodge today - we are finally having our family Christmas.
Go for the protein stuff, GGG!!! Eat the sausage or ham out of the biscuit, munch on cheese wedges and fore-go the cracker. Even a cup real soda has one third less calories than eggnog. Grab your fav foods and nom them with utter enjoyment - leave the rest. You can do this.

Good to see ya j-ann. Lots of towels here.

Hope everyone celebrates the New Year safely and reasonably dry.

    Hugs,

  • Hey, all, haven't been posting, though I'm not sure why. Staying OP as far as eating. I plan to restart daily exercise tomorrow. Holidays are almost over: how many POP days can we string together in 2012???

  • I have to get serious and stay that way!!
  • Ready to get serious myself!
10 days at a time accountability......I can do this! I always set myself up for failure when I make my goals unattainable. SOOOO .....10 day goal is to drink more water and move more!

Trying to get my posts up so I can get one of those neat counters for my signature line! wooo hooo
  • Finally! A stress free day in the boat yesterday, and so far today.
  • YAY Judy!
  • Still not sure what day this is - please start a new sailing when it's time.

Looking forward to a dry day!
  • I feel soggy.......I have been treading water beside the boat. The good news is my weight just keep going up and down a few lbs. - nothing that can't be lost in a few days if I put my mind to it.

Today is the last holiday and we are going out to the in-laws for dinner so no leftovers. I have rid the house of all baked goods and candies and am motivated to move forward.

If someone could help me in the boat and wrap me in a towel I'd appreciate it .
  • Come on over to the new boat, vicki! We have fresh new towels too!

    Hugs,
    Ratkity
