  • Technically I want to lose a little more than 10 lbs. since I want to get down below 200 by the new year but I realize 3 lbs./week is tough to uphold so I'm going to go easy on myself i I lost a little less :-)

    We actually have very similar stats. I also want to get down to 199 by january 1. Its not impossible. But I do know that it might not happen and I will be happy anyway as long as I am losing weight. But it would be so awesome to be in wonderland by new years day!!
  • So here is my official weigh in: I am very happy to announce that I am 208.75 pounds as of this morning!

    This would put me at Onederland for the first time in 5 or 6 years! I am so excited.

    I also finally calculated my BMR for the first time so hopefully this will help.

    I am strong. We are all strong and we can do this!!
  • I am not even sure how I will weigh myself on New Year's day. I have my digital scale which I do not trust. The gym that will be open (the ymca which I love btw) does not have a scale, and my school gym (with the doctors scale that I normally use) is closed from the 23rd till the 2nd. ugh! so I will have to rely on my digital scale and hope to the high heavens that I am 199 or less when I officially weigh in on jan 3rd
  • IM DOWN. Current weight 192, goal by jan 1st. 182...maybe 180 to make it a nice round number.

  • well i haven't lost (yet) but i have lost most of the water weight i was holding onto mid-cycle. since i am still crampy and bloated i know that i am holding to some still so fingers crossed by midweek i am lower!

  • Checking it! I'm up .5lb from the weekend and not drinking enough water.. It'll go away once I get back into my during-the-week-groove... no worries!

  • Hi all. I weighed in at 241 this morning, so I guess that's my first mini whoosh. My enemy Pms should be here any day, so if my pattern continues I will be stuck for about a week and a half. The joys of being a girl! Lol.

  • Had a horrible diet weekend. I usually end up messing up on the weekends. This one was really bad because I was at my parents. We went out for dinner Friday and I got a whole fried catfish. It wasn't even good. I love catfish, but this was NASTY! I guess that's my comeuppance for going off plan! The restaurant even had salads I completely ignored! Then Sunday was my nephew's first birthday. My sister-in-law ordered pizza. I can't say no to pizza! At least the cake was kinda icky so it was easy to only have one bite!

    8.7lbs to go! My weight has been fluctuating horribly this week for some reason, I am hoping it's a good sign!

  • Alright... I'm a little annoyed. I weighed in after school and got 164... this is before lunch, after not eating or drinking for a few hours. I know it's not 100% accurate, but GRAH!
    My weight has been so high up ever since Thanksgiving. I couldn't have possibly eaten enough to gain 6-8 lbs. I'm not on my period. I haven't been eating loads of salt. My workouts have been consistent.... ???

    Oh well. I'll weigh in again towards the end of the week... hopefully that will be better.
