hi all! thanks to you gals mentioning that LS has 5 mile dvd programs available, I had to get one for myself!!! So I went to Best Buy and decided on the "Walk Slim 5 really big miles" DVD Set. I LOVE it!!! I was totally looking for a work out that wasn't all bouncy bouncy and dancing stuff like the new stuff is today. And actually Denise Austin wasn't doing it for me this time either. I wanted something different, and NO bounce!! AND LS dvd's deliver!!!
I was sweating, feeling the workout without tons of bouncing or dance moves.

Right now I am only doing 1 mile about 2 or 3 times per week. My goal is to do 1 mile 7 days a week.
