  • Quote: My coach was thrilled with my 2.3 loss this week. I lucked out when I went to that clinic without knowing anything about it. Hey, we could have a Toby Keith subform too! Words of wisdom from Toby.
Toby is my FAVORITE country singer of all times. I have seen him in concert 4 times. The BEST one was ON my 40th birthday and I was in the SECOND row MIDDLE stage....GREATEST concert ever.....It was my mom and I, I had won tickets because at the time the place I was going out too was holding a contest and wanted to know why "I LOVE THIS BAR" it was his hit at the time and they PULLED my name!!...WOOHOO!!!!!
  • I really like Toby too. He would be great in concert. He was supposed to close out a big country jamboree here too weeks ago but when it was time to go on he had laringitis and couldn't talk. So he will have to come back sometime this year.

I have several favorites but my all time favorite will likely always be Chris Young, I've been following him since he was really young. Oh wait, he's not that old yet. He used to do volunteer work as a role model in reading for boys. My job is working with kids with reading problems so knew of him through that.

  • nothing tastes as good as skinny feels! remember that !
  • I like the feel of skinny more than the 30 seconds of taste bud satisifaction.

If it is just the cake that you are craving... try to have a chai tea with extra cinnamon and nutmeg. Or you could make pudding cakes and add cinnamon and nutmeg for the spice of the cake and then top it with vanilla pudding... there you go... your version... oh and you can add a little zucchini to it.
  • I was recently reading a book by Gary Taubes. It said that we can start to secrete insulin just by thinking about sugary/starchy foods. After reading that, I was a) craving carbs, and b) realizing that the mind is very powerful. Get the food out of your house! If your husband has to have the cake, he can keep it at a neighbor's house.
