  • A rather screwed up day as I woke at 2 and had breakfast at 4 a.m.

    B. 2 ww crisp Rusk toasts with 2 laughing cow and strawberries
    L. a hamburger at the Diner with the works plus strawberries when I got home
    D. a slice of multi-grain with 2 more Laughing Cow and sliced olives
    Book club - veggies and dip and white wine spritzers = 2 glasses of wine

    Tomorrow will be better with more veggies and less cheese
  • Oh, Ruthxxx, I find it so hard to cut down on my cheese! I know Laughing Cow is a good choice, but I don't even buy it or else it'd be gone in a second!

  • Friday, June 17, 2011 - Phase 2

    Breakfast: 1 egg; 1 slice turkey bacon, Grapefruit, 1 slice WW toast, V8, 2 cups coffee each w/ ¼ c 1% milk and sweetener - Vitamins

    Lunch: Leftover broccoli salad

    Snack: Apple with peanut butter

    Dinner: Taco Salad with lots of veggies, avocado, LF sour cream and salsa; Diet Coke

    Snack: NSA Fudgesicle

    B: nf cottage cheese with blueberries and walnuts
    L: giant salad with lots of veggies with chickpeas and light cesear dressing
    S: cheesestick and tomato juice
    D: pepper steak and brown rice
    S: nf greek yogurt
  • Phase II

    B. ww thin bagel with Laughing Cow, a slice of Canadian bacon
    L. salad with goat cheese and strawberries, eggnog
    D. nor sure but I have ground beef thawing and may make some chili to have with Swiss chard
