  • I never heard of Ideal Protein until I saw this site ... must google it!!!! I just started Dukans which is pure protein for the first few days and a mix of protein and vegetables after that ..... staying away from carbs is def. the way to go!!!! Well done

  • Congrats!!! I've only been on IP for 2 months now and did my weigh in on Sat. I was so happy. 41 lbs in 8 weeks. I cant wait until I get up to 14-16 weeks. Hopefully I'll finally be back at my 20yr old body! Keep up the great work! Your weigh-ins are perfect motivation to stay with it!!! I hope I have as good results as you have!

    What is IP? This is the third thread I have seen it mentioned in, and I cannot find anywhere that explains what it is.

    IP stands for Ideal Protein which is a diet program that includes food.

    If you look up Ideal Protein Diet you should find a ton of information
  • I'm on my 3rd week of the diet and am wondering how maintaining is going. I'm also wondering what your food intake is like. I'm actually having dreams of eating bread lol

    Can you maybe share what a day of meals is like for you?
