Hello.. I have been eating when am hungry, most of the time, lost touch from my stomach hunger and need to connect it back ,since eating from mouth hunger and since holidays are coming..which I need to refocus my mindset...but do love the feeling on eating healthy when am hungry.That is my main goal from now on, along with fitness.
I also ditching the scale..and focus on looking in the mirror,and how my clothes fit..I was wearing a size 3x pants, and now am a size 1x pants. I have a long way to go..
