This is what I said back on October 1st, if I'm not mistaken.
Tomorrow is my doctor's appointment.
Since my first visit to my doctor, I've lost 6 lbs. Since I wrote that, I've lost 5 -- FIVE -- lbs.
I'm down to 177, a weight I haven't seen in about 5 years.




I don't know if I want to take Metformin anymore. The exercise/food/supplements are working and I think I want to take this particular path for as long as I can.
I'm afraid of taking Metformin to be honest, because of all the side-effects people talk about.
Yikes, I feel like I am jinxing myself, but I have to remember that this isn't magic... this is just hard work and tweaking what works for me.
