    B- 1/3 c oatmeal with 1/2 scoop protein powder, splash soymilk
    s-coffee (that oatmeal was v. filling)
    L- zone bar (hospital)
    s- famished from no food, got a small chili at wendy's , coke zero
    S- creamy chicken bake from SBD recipes (first time trying it, smells awesome)
    D- if hungry, apple with splenda-cinnamon

    hehehe... it certainly feels like alot to me... its all the veggies, I stuff myself with them until I can't even stand to look at them.

    Well, since I messed stuff up this week end, instead of switching to ph2 tomorrow, gonna do a few more days of ph1 to quell any cravings.

    today
    (got messed up by work again, I was only scheduled for 4 hrs, but ended up having to do 8... and I sooo wasn't prepared)

    B- Yogurt with lemon c-lite, blt salad w/ ranch & skim milk
    S- cheese string
    L- cashews (this is where work started messing everything up)
    S- none (see above)
    D- Ham omlette, green beans and salad w/ italian dressing
    S- pepperoni chips with cheese and jalapeno
