Eating out with my family. We go once a week. I always ask for a printed copy of their nutritional information or look it up on my phone when we get there. I just make the best choice I can and keep going.
I could never give up pizza! But now instead of ordering or making a large one, I pick up one of the single serve frozen pizzas that have less than 500 calories! That way I don't even have to worry about going overboard! But in all honesty, I haven't given anything up. If I really want something, I make it work whether it means eating less for another meal or working out more (or just not worrying about it!)... I think that's the beauty of calorie counting and why I have been so successful in losing weight.
