Butterfly50~OMG I Just made it to 1 and 1/2 miles yesterday and thought I was going to die!!! Hope I do a little better today. You're doing wonderful!!
Hi, all! I would love to join in on this thread as I just started on my journey last Sunday, and WATP has been what I've been doing-and I LOVE Leslie Sansone's dvd's!
I am up to 2.5 miles using the 3 mile fat blasting dvd. I LOVE IT!!
Got in the 1st mile of the 3 Mile Weight Loss Walk hope to get the other 2 miles done today so I can enjoy the lasagna we are going to have for dinner tonight. I set a November goal for myself - 7 miles a week or 28 miles for the month. It doesn't seem like a lot but, I'm trying!!
