Oh, and the 1200 calorie thing...
I've gotten it down pretty well without feeling the hunger. The key is to eat foods with lots of protein in them, and eat 5 times per day (at least for me that was the key).
typical day for me consists of:
B: Toast w/ peanut butter
S: handful of nuts
L: Turkey sandwich with grapes or other fruit
S: yogurt
D: chicken breast, green veggie, salad, oven baked potato slices
most of the stuff I buy is low cal though..if it weren't I'm sure I would be well over 1200!

It would be seriously scary! I get cranky if I miss a meal and go under 1500, can you see me at 1200 and exercising that much. They would think that some demon from **** had taken over the ranch! hehehehe!
