Goal is 225 minutes this week. Having some knee issues atm so I'm being a little conservative, we'll see how this week plays out.
Monday: 45 min water aerobics
Tuesday: 45 min tai chi, 30 min brisk walk on track
Wednesday: 45 min water aerobics, 30 min aqua yoga/pilates
Thursday: rest
Friday: 45 min water aerobics
Saturday: 45 min walk
Sunday: 0
Sorry, I didn't even see this thread before... I'll just use my goal for the exercise challenge here for this one too! It's 420 minutes, 60 minutes a day.
Monday - 199 minutes (Walked for 199 minutes in Shape Ups around Antwerp)
Tuesday - 45 minutes (Walked 46 minutes in airports, with luggage, etc)
Wednesday - 0 minutes ( took the day off)
Thursday - 25 minutes on wii fit
Friday -
Saturday
Sunday
Hmm...ok, since it's my first day checking back since I first signed up so I apologize for doing this so late in the week!
A goals in minutes? I'm trying to think...never did that before...since it's already Saturday I'll use my curently plus additional scheduled...how about 380 minutes?
Monday: 25 min - pilates; 30 min - treadmill
Tuesday: 5 min - 2 speedy laps around the church during Bible study break
Wednesday: 50 min - treadmill
Thursday: 25 min - pilates; 45 min - treadmill
Friday: 45 min - treadmill
Saturday: 45 min - treadmill; 40 min - more treadmill (wimped out on chair pilates)
Sunday: 25 min - mat pilates; 25 min - treadmill; 45 min - chair pilates
Total: 395 minutes completed (if I added correctly)
