Friday:
B - oatmeal squares, blueberries, skim milk
L - @work again, panera - big plate of asian chicken salad (avoided the fried wonton strips as much as possible) w/dressing, piece of baguette
S - apple, hershey's almond nugget

D - leftovers, probably a baked potato and some cabbage with beets, I might finally cook that broccoli
E - none planned, maybe walk with the dog?



) Most of the stuff wasn't new to me, but I did get some almond butter and I'm looking forward to trying that. My store here in the boonies didn't have some of the stuff like hemp seeds (what would I do with those?), amaranth (though I've gotten it before in Anchorage) and canned lentils (canned lentils? why? I've never seen it - I'll photograph the dry ones I already have).
