I learned something very important about myself this weekend: I can't have potato chips in the house. Ever. I can't just eat a single serving, I eat half the bag if I start at all.
Good to know.
I'm slowly getting out of the haze of the newborn days and starting to feel more like my old self. I've been out walking here and there and I'm ready to start being more consistent with my fitness and exercise with the goal of getting back into running in the spring. My original goal was to start this fall, but my pelvis just isn't going to be ready for that kind of impact for a few more months.



But my Jillian Michaels DVD should be here sometime this week, hopefully.
