Hi, everyone! Just jumping back on the P1 wagon this morning. I'm hoping to cut the bad-carb cravings. I'm being cautious as my workouts are pretty intense and that + P1 usually doesn't work well for me. I'm hoping to get at least a full 7 days in, but will gladly take the full two weeks if it's working.
I hope to be back later today, but I need to get back to work!
