This is a giant factor for me. If only we all had a disease-o-meter hanging over our heads and every time we ate crap it inched close to "cancer" or "stroke" I think we'd all be a lot more motivated

I think we have a lot of cultural conditioning about junk, and are told constantly that it's yummy! When it's really not
that yummy. We're brainwashed. Also food really helps dull my emotions if I'm feeling something unpleasant
