I have a gluten intollerance. Honestly I had to deal with it for a year before I felt comfortable enough to try losing weight. Now I'm completely ok with it and can diet with no fears. My main GF carbs are corn tortillas (yummy heated up!), rice cakes (yummy with low cal spreads), quinoa, baked potato and brown rice. Quinoa is probably the heathiest GF food. Good luck!
