    It has been a long process actually. Last Spring I started working out and eating healthy and I got down to about 185 (by this fall) but then when I joined here at the end of Dec. I was back up to 210 so I am making my way back down again. I wish I had just kept at it. I would be a lot further than I am not but the important thing is that I got back on track and I plan to stay on track!
