  • I just had the baked beans that Cyndi posted yesterday. They were delicious. So surprised that 2tbls of molasses left such an impression. Thanks Cyndi

  • Jenn, I am so sorry!

    I had a very hungry day today. I didn't eat anything off plan, but ate lots. It will probably show on the scale in the morning. Bummer! Tomorrow is my last day on ph1. My plan, for a while anyway, is to only add fruit after tomorrow. I'm scared of bread -- even whole grain bread!

    Cyndi- We have to get the squirrels out, but me being the crazy person I am I told DH we should wait till its warmer outside LOL. I must be nuts!

  • hello, ladies. doing pretty good this week, although we had dinner last night at an italian cafe and i shared the tiramisu with bf. i absolutely love tiramisu so i feel it was well worth it! also had a really delicious salmon salad with fat free blueberry vinagrette. I finally got the Wii Fit bf promised for christmas, and it is so awesome! i easily exercise an hour a day, somethimes more cause the games are so fun. anyway, happy friday!
  • Jenn- so sorry to hear that news - I think it is on the mind of everyone rather upfront or in the back. When God closes one door it is because another is waiting to be opened for you.

    Chelby- Congratulations on reaching the end of Phase 1- and you have the right mind set move slowly into phase 2, what we call Phase 1.5
  • Hubby and I just finished watching the Will Smith movie 'Hancock'. It was too much fun!

    For dessert tonight, I mixed a little SF maple syrup with a tablespoon of peanut butter and ate it with a spoon. Yum!
  • Thanks all. I am a mess. I did keep me OP eating to a minimum: 1 slice of pizza and 1/2 a beer. It wasn't making me feel better so I stopped and am chugging water right now.

    I am a hot mess. I was sooo unhappy there but I wanted to leave on my own accord. I am the breadwinner in the family so this is stinky all around. Going home to NY for my nephew's bday. Sticking to Ph1 for a day or so in case of cravings. But have no plan since I can barely think.

    Will catch up sometime on Sunday. :hugs:
