Friday:
B - muesli, milk
S - apple
L - lean cuisine chicken scaloppini and lasagna
S - yogurt
D - leftover tofu chili & tortilla
Total - 1138, which means I'll end up eating something else too
Exercise - probably won't get any today, since I slept in too late to do a run this morning and have shopping to do tonight.

I haven't had one in forever, but when I was eating them (which wasn't very often even before), every once in a while I'd have one without that little nugget. Talk about disappointment
