Anyone else having a hard time with 1200 calories?

  • Some of your snacks could be replaced with more veggies and protein and fiber and you would probably be less ravenous.

    I agree the gym membership sounds great and CHEAP! Go for it. Don't worry about how you look, just go for yourself. When I walk into the free weights room it is about 95% males and I sometimes get a double take from someone there, but I just do my own thing and it feels good to be able to do that. Even just walking or cycling would help out. I'd go for it!
