Sunshine - I'm with you on the eating thing. I have found that eating fruits, veggies, nuts, whole grains, and enough protein are really important for me. I purged the house of the "junk". And now, I don't crave it - even if I am out and about. Clean eating leads to more clean eating. Try to stick with it for a few days in a row, and your desire to eat less healthy foods will diminish

Rosebud - prayers continuing for your housing situation.
Gary -
- 172 is AWESOME - especially with so much travel for work. Sounds like you have figured out what will work for you when working away from home. We sure miss you when you are gone - glad to have you back with us this weekend!!!Ronni - congrats to your sister on her run. That is awesome! I couldn't WALK a marathon, let alone run one!!!
I'm off to church again in a bit. We have our annual hymn sing tonight. Two local doctors play the piano and organ, start with a concert and then the congregation picks their favorite hymns to sing. I run the PowerPoint, and DH runs the sound, so we need to get there early to set up. It is always a wonderful night!
We attend the "early" church service which only has about 80 folk most weeks. Thus, singing just isn't the same as when you have every pew filled! I'm looking forward to a very meaningful night of praise and worship!!!
Blessings to all! Prayers continuing for each of you and your families!
Laurie
