I've always been afraid of the sugar alcohols in the sugar free candy. I know one of them is really bad for dogs, but I can never remember which one (and my dogs get into almost everything).

actually I have the alternating kind... ugh...

Wish I had ur bowels brie, I go maybe once a week if that, been that way since I was little.
  • ok....no more 'bowel' talk.

the Tide Me Over drink mixes are ok....but you need to drink a lot of water (Do you hate the taste of water, is that what the problem is? I've never seen someone so opposed to water before) and the Tide Me Overs aren't meant to be used all the time. You should be getting 64 oz. of water or more in a day (half gallon....) which would translate to a **** of a lot of Tide Me Over mixes = $$$.

Most times I hate water, ya.. except usually after eating McDonalds I'd get very thirsty and water would be what I always went to, but other than that, ya I do hate water, can't drink much of it cause I feel like puking if I do.

Jellybean it just seems that everything we tell you is blown off with, "yeah BUT".... makes it hard to want to help....
My sentiments exactly, but heregoes... Jellybean, I like my water straight up with ice, I chew ice for some reason. But I've found that adding lemon is beneficial. And I find I like the taste (rather have straight water). How about cutting lemon in quarters and squeezing a quarter into your water! Trust me, it's tasty! Give you the water you need!

Weird thing I happen to know from a friend - chewing ice can be a sign of anemia. I have no idea why but her doctor picked it up at one point.

Thanks Cyndi! I just did a quick research and some (not a lot)of the symptoms I do possess... Chewing ice, lack of concentration just to name two. I will be buying vitaminsin the near future. I already have vit. B12 so will start taking that again.
