  • I really have no time to be in the regular thread, but figured I could chip in my gym time here; I go 4-5 times a week. So far in May....

    Cardio: 80 mins.
    Strength Training: 45 mins.

    Total: 125 mins.

    980+125=1105
  • 20 minutes walking today!

    group total - 1105 + 20 = 1125
  • Hi add 300mins walking & mowing the lawn over the last few days.
    GROUP TOTAL 1,125+300=1,425

    Group Total: 1425 + 40 = 1465
  • My exercise for the week since May 1st is 380 minutes.

    380 + 1465 = 1,845 New Group Total
  • 20 min WATP

    1845 + 20 = 1865
  • 30 mins treadmill, 30 mins swimming laps, 45 mins strength training (with some TM)

    Group total: 1,865 + 105 = 1,970
  • so far I have 260/1000 min done!
  • 35 minutes walking + 40 minutes Jillian frontside

    Group Total: 1970 + 75 = 2045
  • 168 for me

    168 + 2045 = 2213
  • 20 more today.

    2213 + 20 = 2233
  • 60 mins treadmill, 30 mins swimming laps

    Group total: 2,233 + 90 = 2,323
  • A PERFECT day for a dog walk.

    2323 + 45 = 2368
  • 50 minutes Jillian backside

    Group Total: 2368 + 50 = 2418
  • my first post I am soo proud

    i did 30 minutes on the treadmill yeah!!

    my total: 30 of 300 minutes

    Group total: 2418 + 30= 2448
