Josephine: 1300 calories sounds really low to me for someone of your height and weight. I think it is probably even low for me. When I recently started increasing my calories to to maintenance, I found that I lost a little more weight, which makes me think I wasn't eating enough when I was at 1200-1300 calories.

The days I'm constantly moving is when I need those extra calories. Oh, and I'm consistently losing 1.5-3#/week.
