I got on the treadmill tonight and actually jogged at 3.0 for about 10 seconds. I worked up to it, started out at 2.0 and got up to 2.7 and then thought, what the heck, I might as well try and jog.Kicked it up to 3.0 and took off! I shocked myself. I really didn't think I could do it, even though it was only 10 seconds. I didn't even hang onto the sides. I feel that was a huge NSV for me.
I also got some size 22 pants. Needless to say, it's gonna be a while before I can get those on.
Carol, great job on the 4.5lbs lost. You'll be passing me up in no time if I don't get my act together.
Ratkity, You got it!! Baby steps will get you there. That's great you took the stairs. Keep it up!
Tina, Glad to hear your daughter's appetite is going down.
Annie, that would be great to get into the fire dept with all those adorable firemen.

I hope you find the job that is right for you.
Debi, stress has alot to do with weight loss. At least it does for me. You just have to think twice as hard about what you're going to put into your mouth. Try not to turn to food to deal with it. It's hard, but do-able.
Julee, sorry that things got to you. I think I would of smacked the person who asked if you were pregnant. Just me. I hope you're feeling better now.
Bernice, so glad you heard from your son. I'm sure he misses you just as much as you miss him. Sounds like your treadmill is getting hubby frisky.
Catherine, I'm sure he is so glad to have you that he's going to ask you to do more and more. So ya better get ready for it!
Have a good night
Debbie
