  • Thank you so much for all the support and encouragement everyone! I am on cloud 9 with the new pics and what is that old 3fc saying? NOTHING TASTE AS GOOD AS BEING THIN FEELS!

I actually feel younger. Amazing what healthy food and exercise can do. I haven't been this weight since I got married the first time and that was when I was 18! I think I was about 190 though. Almost there. My next goal is to get back to my high school weight of 160.

I really need to get Joey to pull out the old photos. I have posted pictures before here but was too embarrassed to post the really high weight pictures. lol But I have come so far and I know how much it has helped me seeing people lose alot of weight and their pictures really do help. When they say pictures tell 1000 words they are not kidding. You can tell someone you lost 100 pounds but when you show them. It is truly amazing!
  • Jasmine you look great keep up the good work
  • Thank you Miss rocky!
  • Great job!

  • You look great, and have come so far. Be proud of yourself! I agree with the others, look at that tiny little waist! Cute hair cut too!
  • You look fantastic and I FREAKING LOVE your new haircut!!!
  • You look awsome! YGG! Great results of your hard work. And your haircut is so pretty! I bet you feel like a "new you"! Keep up the great hard work!
  • Thanx ladies. I have to come in here and admit I fell off the wagon. I got extremely stressed after my ex died and wound up going on an anti anxiety pill. It was a nitemare I don't even want to talk about. U started packing on the pounds. I was out of my mind with grief and fear and I really think everyone dying really took its toll on me. I am off that damn pill now and putting the pieces of my life back together.

I think I gained about 30 pounds but am too scared to get on the scale.

I am not going to worry about it. I have been back on track for about a month now and I am bound and determined to get back to where I was....and beyond.
  • Jasmine! Hi there. I was just thinking about you the other day.

I'm so sorry for all you've gone through. Sounds really, really rough. I am though thrilled to hear that you're sorting things out. I think with what you've gone through 30 lbs ain't all that bad! I'm glad you've been on track for a month now and are devoted to losing whatever you put on - and then some.

    Welcome back!

*runs and knocks you over and gives you a big bear hug!*

I missed ya sweetie! I am so glad to see you are still here and maintaining. You are so awesome!

I gave my official come back in this thread here. link

I know we don't fail because we fall, we fail if we stop trying.

Last month I got my walking going again. I was good probably half the month and the same with eating. This month I am totally on track and doing great with my cal counting.

I can already tell a big difference in my tummy and face and sides. I know I can do thus!
  • Hi Jasmine.

I was scared of the scale too! The thing about it is though--you can own the weight or the mystery of NOT knowing can own you. I think of it like a credit card statement. I did my damage eating (much like spending) and decided to rip open the statement and yell, "ENOUGH OF THE MADNESS! LETS GET IT OVER WITH!"

Welcome back! You are still ahead of the game! Good for you!!!!
