blues: welcome! this is a great place for motivation!! I try to get my hubby to take a salad for lunch but he said that it wilts before he can eat it. So I'm not much help when it come to "to-go" foods

jana: You can do it, girl! Don't get discouraged when the scale isn't cooporating. It may be water retention or some freak thing like that. Now, remember that for when I start getting aggrivated at the scale too.

lissa: good luck finding a universal size. HAH! I think that designers do that on purpose! They like to frustrate consumers...
leigul: Yea I plan on buy a new wardrobe when I get to my goal weight. It keeps ya motivated I think I have enough that will fit me for the in between part.

freddy: depending on your height, I think that's a GREAT weight! Although I'm short I could never be that weight. I'd look sick. You are currently where I'd LOVE to be one day after I have the rest of my kids. (all 2 of them)
kim renee: WHOO HOOOO!!!! I loved that when I was thinner! I loved being able to feel them back when I was 150 or so but then I got down to 133 and SAW them!! I was like, "What the heck?!" lol

But at least i'm doing some form of exercise each day.
