  • All time would be

    Ray Charles

    Patsy Cline

    Eagles or Alabama
  • Billy Joel

Carrie Underwood (Guess I'm really showing my age with this one, but for the past few years I cannot get enough, I love everything she sings)

    AC/DC
  • Todd Agnew - his lyrics ring so true to me...they keep me honest and they keep me thinking!

Barbara Streisand - love her voice - love singing along with her - and love that she has SO MUCH out there that it wouldn't get old TOO quickly

U2 - This was a tough one. Third Day is my second choice but if I really can only listen to one...for the rest of my days...I think Bono would have to win. I adore, truly adore, the man.
  • I have AGONIZED about this, and cannot CHOOSE!!! (If you saw my collection you would know why!)
  • ONE ~ Male Singer- Barry White

ONE ~ Stevie Nicks or Ann Wilson (hard to pick, as I love both!)

    ONE ~ Guns N Roses
  • Quote: This was really hard but here goes

    Male Singer-Jim Croce

    Female Singer-Alison Krauss

    Group- Led Zeppelin
^^ hey, do you know that Robert Plant and Alison Krauss have a new CD out Oct. 23rd called "Raising Sand"? They harmonize well together. You can listen to some snippets on Amazon.com... I'm so: It's also produced by T-Bone Burnett!

    OK, here are my choices...

    Male Singer-
    Robert Plant (yeah, baby!)

    Female Singer-
    Billie Holiday or Fiona Apple

    Group-
Led Zeppelin (yeah, it's all about Robert for me) Although, I am going to join the lottery for a ticket for the Nov. 26 concert for Ahmet Ertegen...

  • This IS hard, mostly because when I go through my iPod I'm reminded that I have some groups that are clearly my all-time favorites based on the fact that I have so much of their stuff. But I'm also consistently skipping through their songs because I think I might finally be getting sick of them. But I will still use that as the basis of my response.

Female Singer: Tori Amos, Natalie Merchant

Male Singer: Toad the Wet Sprocket (I'm cheating. I don't have a favorite male "singer" but I like a lot of groups with male lead singers.)
My dogs are named Toad and Sprocket. The band is now defunct, but their lyrics are so rich and their melodies so beautiful.

    Group: Indigo Girls.
  • Female: Christina Aguilera
    Male: Chris Daughtry
    Group: Linkin Park
