I am still where I was at last week.

Gotta get that Scale Moving.

Is anybody within 5 pounds of their goal? (Unless that was your goal) LOL.




I'm not giving up, though! I'm just not going to be disappointed in myself if I don't hit it. I'm still trying to "retrain" my mind into being happy with what I have achieved so far. Most times, or I should say in the past, I would step on the scale, be up 0.4 pounds and say "forget it...I'm a failure"! But not anymore
