Yes, I have a HRM that tells me hpw many calories burned. It's very motivating. Sometimes I'll want to push past a certain calorie number, so I'll go for a little longer. The best gift I've received in a long time!



I liked what I saw and it seemed simple enough for beginners but effective enough for accomplished exercisers.
