  • Had to force myself to exercise this evening. I didn't really feel like it but didn't want to let the team down. I did 20 mins treadmill, 15 mins bike, 15 mins biggest loser workout. Total 50 min

  • Okay just got back from the gym and did 65 min cardio and this morning I did weights for 20 min soooo 1226-85=1441

    Keep going ladies we are getting close! GO RED TEAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I did 90 more minutes today... so were are at 1051!
  • Way to go Red! I am so impressed. I did 30 minutes on the treadmill and 20 of weights.

    1051 - 50 = 1001.

    I should have done a few more minutes to get under 1000. Who's ganna do it?

    Kind a pathetic effort today by me. Just a quick jaunt with the girls and a speed yoga earlier.
