Okay, I can't hear a thing, but I feel awesome!! Concert last night was totally rad. Godsmack didn't play for very long (45 min.) but they were just as good as I remember them! Metallica played for over 2 hrs (!!) and it was awesome. TONS of fireworks, tho, so my hearing is a little off today. It's supposed to be in the low-80's here today. WOOHOO!!! I LOVE Seattle!
I am feeling way better today. I have no tapes, so I'm going to work out in a little bit here. I'm doing a house-cleaning and some art stuff today, so I've still got a busy schedule.

I feel awesome.
I dyed my hair yesterday, back to my semi-natural color (I went grey, tho, so this is technically how it looked when I was around 15), and it is so cute! I totally love it. *G*
Food today:
B - top ramen & water & vitamins
L - salad & tuna
D - chicken pesto
Workout today:
25 min bike
8 min stepper w/ weights
500 situps
I've noticed that working out for 3-4 days a week, and then taking 2- 3 days to rest, is making my body change a lot faster than if I go every day. This is strange to me, but it's definitely working. I made a new shirt yesterday (edited, made, whatever...) and it hasn't fit me like this before. EVER. My shoulders are massively toned, and my stomach is getting that hourglass-like shape to it, somehow. My legs are changing, and becoming a lot more toned. Even though I'm technically -not- a size 12, yet, like I WANTED to be at the end of this challenge... I've met and exceeded my goals.
I've made a huge lifestyle change, and I have an awesome support group, both in my home and online with you guys.
I'll be posting my measurement results later on today, with the totals I've lost. I've lost a total of 6 lbs, which isn't much, but I've gained so much muscle, I don't even care how much I weigh anymore. I wake up in the morning, walk into the bathroom, and notice that my body is different, and I am happy with the change.
My husband and 2 of our friends are planning a roadtrip this summer, just to wander around WA & OR, with a video camera, "in search of bigfoot." Meaning... doing nothing for a week, sleeping in random campsites, and basically being goofy the whole time.

I'm totally looking forward to it. My hubby & I are planning a camping trip at the end of May, beginning of June, probably at the beach.
I am no longer seeing my goal as LOSING 33#. I see it as dropping down to a size 9/10, from a 13/14. That's, what... 2 sizes? Yeah. NOT a lot. I can do that. No biggie at all. *G*
Today is a cleaning day, though. We rearranged on Saturday, but didn't have a chance to finish everything up. So, I'm finishing it today. Everything is getting organized and whatnot, and I'm loving it.
It's beautiful, my flowers have started to come up, and everything in the world is right as rain.
Lisa - you are doing a great job!! Make sure you don't overdo it! We don't want to lose a chickie!! *G*
Jennifer!!! You're going to make all of us blush. *G* Hey, it counts as a workout. You can burn A LOT of calories doing that.

That's why it's recommended 4x/week. (Sorry, I just had to!) :P
Julie - I wouldn't worry too much about that screwing issue. *G* (Man I am on a roll today!) If you were busy and active all day, then your body probably needed those extra nutrients!! Even the ones that came from the crunch bar.

Sometimes, indulging in a litlte chocolate can do wonders, even if it isn't packed with healthy nutrients. We're women. We're totally allowed to have chocolate once in awhile.
I say this, about the chocolate, not to be a torturous horrible girl, but because I simply refuse to give up my favorite thing in the world, next to my husband. (Sorry, hon, you're #2 when chocolate is involved. Unless someone makes a lifesize chocolate figurine of you, in which case, you'd be tied...)
You guys are all awesome.

Keep it up, ladies!! WE ROCK!!!!!!!!
