Hey crazygurl if TOM is here then definitely you have some water... I'm finally at 139.8 LOL but happy to be in the 130s... my goal is 128 so 11.8 pounds to go so I'm hoping my memorial day to have reached my goal... 125 is my ideal weight but I can live with 128 plus I know with TOM my weight will shift between 5 pounds.. TOM is due Tuesday for me so I know this week I probably won't show a loss until TOM is gone..

Hi guys! Had my surgery last Wednesday and they removed about 7 pounds of skin. After surgery comes extensive swelling, but I went ahead and weighed myself today and am 3 pounds lighter then went I went into surgery.

It is REAAALLLLYYY hard to stay in my calorie limits without exercise for me, so I'm not sure how these next few weeks are going to play out, but for today, I'm 133.

CherryPie, I read your blog and saw your pics and that looks so incredibly painful! I am glad that you are getting through it, and I hope it heals up the way you want it to. You have done such an amazing job losing 211 lbs!!!!! That is just so amazing. I am seriously impressed. I hope you can soon begin your maintenance journey and fully enjoy your new body.

Cherry, congratulations to you for losing all of that weight! I hope your new surgery heals quickly, and that you feel 100% soon. All the best to you in achieving your goals and maintianing there. You must have so much more confidence!

I stayed the same as last week. I'm going to a Zumba class tonight and line dancing class tomorrow. Hope that shakes things up!

Gah I'm still the same. DAMN TOM!!! Its pretty much done but according to my scale I'm still the same.

I am so frustrated today, I just want to break into the lower 130's. By some miracle maybe I can be 135 by the end of April....

crazy: you will get there! if you are keeping up with your plan all you have to do is wait till TOM is gone and maybe not exercise for a day or 2 after that and voila.. - atleast, that's how it went for me sort of.

halfway through this decade, I hope to leave it in may. But we'll see how it goes!

130.0 this afternoon between work and gym...

Another 0.5lbs bites the dust. So at 135.3 now! I HAVE OFFICIALLY LOST 30LBS! I am quite happy. What a milestone.

131.6 this morning. I'm so confused. I saw 130.0 last week. Getting discouraged. :-( My goal was to be 129.X by my sister's wedding on Saturday. Doesn't look like that will happen! And my (other) sister will probably make me get on a scale too uggggh. Half the time she calls, the first thing out of her mouth is "so what do you weigh right now?"

After a week+ of doing everything right and just not getting below 140, I had a big woosh and now I'm down to 137. I'm not sure what went right finally, but I'm happy to be here. My pants are actually noticeably looser compared to the weekend too.

I AM SO FRUSTRATED. I have done everything right and nothing is moving on the scale since TOM started Weds. I know I keep complaining but it is so hard - at least if I cheated I would know what was happening! I have been staying in my calorie range of 1200-1400 each day for the week. I have eaten minimal sugar and dairy and no glueten or legumes. I can't seem to break the 139! I am hoping there is a late post period woosh headed my way.

My goal today is to get in all of my water and again stay in my calorie range. I am ready for a number change!!!

I have decided if the scale hasn't moved by May that I will need to re-evaluate and revise my plan. Lets hope it moves!
