  • Well I weighed in at 264.8 this morning, so I am on my way again. I hope to have lost everything I have gained in those three weeks by next week. I think I can be there, I hope.

  • Just had to post this quick. I got out of the shower this morning, wrapped my towel around me and realized that it closed all the way down. This is a beach towel and all, but still.....YAY!!!!!

    I sure hope so! It hasn't been back for a few days now, so I'm hoping it's gone for good! I cannot wait to be out of the 260's and I hope to see you all there asap!

  • I have been stuck at 260 for about 2 weeks now!! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

    I have been exercising for 1.5 hours, 5-6 days a week. I'm not quite sure what is sabatoging my weigh ins. I DO weigh myself everyday...which I know is not good.

    I am thinking food is my weakness. I usually eat toast for bfast, salad and a yogurt for lunch and then a lean cuisine for dinner. I have been weight training, but it should'nt be preventing me from not getting out of the 260.

    C'mon people lets do this! Lets see those 250s!
  • I can relate. My scale hasn't moved much lately and I feel like I'm just in a holding pattern.

    I did well eating today (kept it right at 1200 calories) ... I think I'm going to go to bed so I won't eat anything else. lol!

    My parents and grandparents are coming for a visit in a few weeks ... I really wanted to be at 250 by that time, but that looks out-of-reach. I'd settle for being in the 250s at this point.

    Bring on the 250s!! And eventually, the 150s!!
  • I can officially join you all here! Yesterday I weighed in at 269 and I hesitated joining in case it was a fluke but this morning I weighed in at 268.6 so I think it's safe! Hopefully my stay here is much shorter than my stay in the 270s!

    Getting to 269 was my first mini goal. My next mini goal is 242 so that I can reach the half way point of where I want to be (170).

  • Well tommorow is scale day! Its been hard getting back on track. My eating definitly needs some work. I've add lots of veggies and I'm trying to get all my water in. The water's been hard because I have to time it so I'm not up 5times a night going to the bathroom. I have been getting in some great workouts at the gym this week, sooo I'm hoping for a loss, FINALLY. I know it probably won't be a big one, but I'll take what I can get. No matter what the scale say's tommorow the workouts have made me feel better though.

    Cajun just keep plugging away you will get there. All that matters is the journey not the destination. If it takes longer, it does.

    Weighed in at 263.2 this morning. I should be out of here soon, no offense but I can't wait to leave. I hope everyone has a great weekend and have a great time!
