So now we found out they've cancelled the Memphis American Idol auditions, as they are using the arena for hurricane survivors, or something like that. I guess that means my sister and my mom will go to Chicago in two weeks. Thankfully, that's even closer to us (like 4 1/2 hours) so gas won't be nearly as expensive. BUT, Chicago is the last audition, so if she doesn't make it there, it'll be too bad - no other chances.

Time to put the kiddos to bed.

hey, chickies. i lost 3.4 lbs this week! that's such a miracle there has to be a chance for world peace. i am still excited.

kathy, i got an email from my son tonight about some land for sale around grandview. makes me sad that we won't try to buy and move down there. we were really burned on that last deal. i will have to live through you as to what's happening back home.

I just fixed me up a new tracker. I am ready for a challenge. I hope ya'll have a good day. My DD's trip is back "on". Some friends came through for them with gas money. So I will have 3 wild grand daughters (14, 12 and 9) on my hands today. BBL
