  • I'm sneaking out now. Thanks and all that but I don't think I can stand the pace.
  • Yes, it's wild in here. Do pop back in again when you need some excitement.

  • Speaking of wild!

    Date night was outta control.....

Starting with dinner, which was, although hilarious, quite messy...

peas and carrots all over the face/body/hair/floor/dogs.....

took down a couple of glasses of wine and a full bottle after dinner....

rocked out to some current toddler tunes...

chased each other around the living room...

ended with a dvr'd Bubble Guppies.

Then her daddy and mommy came and stole her
  • Happy Birthday Ruth! Have a great day!!!
  • Happy Birthday, Ruthie! Looking forward to many more.
  • Evidently she wanted to be with her daddy and grandpa who were at the sportsbar watching the game, eating pizza and drinking beer...

instead of at her auntie Amanda's baby shower with all the girls...

  • Milk and eggs

This is a story which is perfectly logical to all males:

    A wife asks her husband,

"Could you please go shopping for me and buy one carton of milk,

and if they have eggs, get 6."

A short time later the husband comes back with 6 cartons of milk.

The wife asks him, "Why did you buy 6 cartons of milk?"

    He replied, "They had eggs."
  • That Is Funny Karen!
  • So what's funny?

    Was the milk fresh?
  • Hey! Everybody up! Is it a holiday down there?
  • Martin Luther King Jr's Birthday.
  • Yepper and I have the day off. I started 2 weeks ago and already get a 3 day weekend. Pretty cool. Since it's been so nice and seems like Spring anyways, we've been doing some "Spring Cleaning". We are going Low Maintenance and getting rid of a bunch of stuff we don't need. It's amazing how much crap you collect in a few years.

The oldest is looking for a job that is closer to full time and the youngest is beginning to look into her options at college and applying for scholarships. She automatically gets one from the county just for graduating here that covers about 1/2 the costs and there is another from the state that may cover the rest. Anything after that would just be icing on the cake. She may not have to work or could at least keep it to a part time job.

We're also developing a business plan off an idea I've been floating around in my head and we're trying to pick a new last name since ours is kinda sexually suggestive and their dad has been doing nothing besides ticking us all off. I think we will be going with my papa's name. I couldn't be adopted by him because my "real" dad was such a psycho. I would be soooooo proud to have us all carry his name.

I feel so good. I may have been a crap mother, but my girls love me!!! Everyone already knows if you mess with my girls, I'll break ya damned neck. Turns out now that if you mess with their Momma, they'll slice ya damned throat. THEM'S MY BABIES!!!
