I didn’t realize it but I have measurements from 3-06 in my note pad. I can almost bet they will have not changed. A very big sigh.
Believe it or not I’m still in the mood to ride the stamina bike when I get home. This week end I am going to increase my ride to 11.5 miles. I’m not sure how many calories will be burned. I have just about made it to Paragould, mile wise. I’m impressed wiith myself, but I like seeing those numbers add up also. Let’s hope for some results.
So far nothing has been said about the incident yesterday, so maybe the coast is clear. I had problems with a backwash valve not closing and had to close it manually, myself. Think I impressed the plant manager, but I could be wrong. I’m not going to worry about it what ever happens, happens. I’m tired of eating my emotions.
breakfast-granola bar, banana, 12 oz of mositure as fitday.com calls it
snack----- little debbie brownie.
lunch -----turkey and cheese sandwich with mayo, 1 c of boiled squash
break-----peanut butter and crackers with strawberry yogurt, fat free.
dinner-----not sure yet.
30 minutes on the stamina bike. =500 This will put my total to 2700 calories burned out of 3500 calories. I had 109 calories on my pedometer yesterday but I’ve done more walking today. It shows 3.0 miles right now and 200 more calories to put in on my flex calories.
so far 36 oz of moisture.
I'll be back later to comment, first I have to read.

Oh bother Christmas again. I wish I knew what Ceejay does to burn 500cal in half an hour. I get on the bike and only get 100 cal in 15 minutes. The elliptical and the treadie burn faster according to the machines at the gym.

Tried it and thought it was, well, an acquired taste. My Ex, who was a Brit-born, used to love marmite on toast – but I always thought it tasted like burnt steak. On the other hand, he couldn't stand the taste or the smell of PB. I think you are right and it is what we get used to when we are kids.

I was sliding into that "I don't give a crap" mode and threatening to stay there......so thanks one more time
(Now where the heck did I put that hair shirt? Darn. Time for another trip to Martyrs-R-Us for a new one.) Seriously though, it's very hard to post in this heat. Madcat, who is suffering even more in lovely Toronto, will confirm that the humidity makes the fingers slip-slide off the keys... Expected Humidex (heat index) today: mid 40's.
They were not kind and I nearly died. i guess all the eating finally caught up with me. I am so very annoyed with myself but I knew i had, i could feel the extra bits in my jeans that were getting snugg! I have absolutely decided that i will not get back into.
