  • Keeping myelf honest
    I am really struggling to keep myself motivated and honest. Here is one more way I can further this commitment to myself!

    10/9/14: 161.7 (but no real clue what happened)
    10/16/14: 163 (well, this looks dead on--back up, but not disastrously so)

    Still trying to run 15 min each day (or at least a slow jog)
