Can we stop talking about food now please???


I'm just doing my menus for the next couple of weeks and I'm running out of ideas.
I might bung in a bit of chilli to liven it up a bit.
Oh dear!
I used to live on reformed chicken, chips and pastry products - although they were OVEN chips, so less fat... 
NOT FAIR! 
today I'm sitting at work surrounded by tissues, Beechams flu plus and throat sweets. Just hoping other half hasn't go it too, he was sneezing last night. I'm really not in the mood for "Man Flu" 
I hope your other half hasn't got it, although if he's anything like mine then - within an hour of getting home and finding you feeling rough - he'll find he's got SOMETHING wrong with him.


!!! Now if that's not an incentive to save up and buy them I don't know what is! (It would also be a powerful incentive never to put weight back on again to ensure I can wear them for more than a week, on a thin day...)

Like holding a side kick out for 10 seconds and holding a front kick out for about 3 seconds! If anyone wants to shred their quads, try holding your leg straight out infront of you at waist height. It BURNS
