  • I keep putting on weight, I do good and then I do bad. I cant seem to keep it together, I am a bit frustrated today. Also I have put on 12 pounds since last summer, what is that?????

  • yup thats me too only i know its way more than 10..... ive put on a truckload since the end of the year and ive just been on and off(more off than on) and i beat myself up over it constantly.

    Remember a couple of months ago I was working on this paper that was ****? Well I had to add to it for the final, like I had to double it. I just finished it, printed out, stapled, you name it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Now that is a birthday present!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    You can do this Tara. Maybe we should think about doing weigh in's weekly or posting our points we have used the day. That could help keep us more motivated.

    Andrea- My sister in law just finished school for massage therapy and is now looking for her first job. I've heard she is really good even when she first started school seems to come to her naturally to just have that touch.

    Oh and Tara I have you beat on the BMI I'm 40. something

    This is how I was counting the points when I did it. I would love a motivation activity. Let me know. I am going low carb, not atkins, just not sugar and lots of bread. though I am allowing myself a handful of junior mints at night, they are great frozen!!!!!

    hey tara feelin better? im so sorry your bday sucked. im starving i ate a huge meal early pm almost like late mornin but i dunno what i want to make. i went shoppin for food so monday i'm ready i just hope i can do it. that point thing doesnt help me. any other ideas?

  • five pounds down this weekend...woohoo....I'm going to try very hard to make sure it doesn't come back I was on the go all weekend that I didn't have time to snack it was all eat and run.....and I passed up mcdonalds fast food TWICE ...YAH ME

    Andera- My SIL would give me a message if i asked...shes offered but I would reather my husband do all the work What would work for you other the then point thing? I'm sure we can all three come up with something that works for everyone

    Tara- Yeah for you too.....We can keep it off ...Sorry your b-day sucked. I went to a party for my sisters friend...he was turning 30.... he was so depressed he drank way to MUCH don't think the poor guy remembers turning 30 LOL It's just a number the important thing is getting these fat butts trimmed down LOL We can do it

    8 lbs b/t you? thats awesome you guys! keep it up. ive got leg spasms today too plus i woke up w ear pain and my jaw killin me from the tmj its been really bad these days.

    i still hope to explore 2 more massage options so we will see.
