Back is still out of whack do not want to go to doctor just for them to tell me my back is out of whack and not help me. Be sent to this doctor and this one. When all it is going to take is time to heal, seems to get somewhat better everyday. I just don't have the money and my insurance only pays after the first 10,000 dollars and will not pay on the doctor bills. Worthless to me, seems like my husband is just throwing his money away to me, the only time it really helps out is when I have to buy medicine and that is not often.

2 ago years I monumentally blew it...
A prayer warrior myself ( in the past that is ) I have turned myself into a recluse and loner. You see when I made "my mistake" I lost every christian friend I had. EVERY one of them deserted me.
I have been alone without a single friend for over two years. I am really not exaggerting. I talk to God everyday and I know He forgave me that very day I sinned.
I was a leader in my church for many years...
They all gave up on me.
I am trying to start a new chapter in my life starting with taking care of myself and being the best me I can be.
I used to love me now I hate me.
I have spent my life praying, fasting, teaching and taking care of others and putting others needs before min e. you see it is very hard to ask for help...
I have never put any of this to paper ...I am desperate to start over...to come home...to be loved...and desperate for a friend who I know will pray for me everyday.
I'm very sad today and searching for anything that will help me to keep afloat and not give up or give in.
I have learned so much in the past 2 yrs. Mostly what I do not want to be or ever become. I am no where near "christlike" but I pray that no one is ever treated by a whole church the way I have been treatedl. Thrown out and stoned by sinners themselves.

Please help....please pray....please think of me often...I promise to repay!

TAMI ~ yes, we will pray for you -- and please come on over to our CHRISTIAN ENCOURAGERS THREAD in this same forum. That is our regular monthly chat thread where we can keep in touch with you. We ALL must remember that we ALL make mistakes ALL the time ... but the LORD forgives ALL our sins/mistakes too (when we ask him to)! Don't forget that you can go to another church if needs be; ask GOD to lead you to one where they will be kinder and more friendly ... and oh, forget about that mistake you made two years ago, becuz GOD already has ...

BOOTSIE ~ ya, that is a strange plan, you would think it would be the first $100 or something like that; it used to be here in Ontario that the average doctor visit would be about 15 minutes or worth $50, but not sure what it would be today -- we are very grateful for our universal coverage even with its flaws ... prayers continue for your back ...

All the time I have been visiting this forum, I don't think I have ever noticed this thread. I belong to a prayer group at my church and feel that that is what God wants me to do esp in these retirement years...study my Bible and pray. At times I get away a bit from it but He draws me back and I do love the special communion with Him in His Word and in prayer. So I will join you and pray with you for these requests.

My requests:
1. For complete healing of my dh's leg which he fractured recently.
2. For continued strength for me to be able to continue to take care of the yard and other things he normally does until he is able again.
3. Healing for a friend of my dh who has CA and has been given only months to live. I am not sure whether he knows the Lord as His Savior.

Thank you for your prayers and for allowing me to join you.

PRAYER REQUEST ~ need some prayers for my abdomen; having issues with blood in my stools lately (twice today). It was just a bit before but lots today; think I will have this checked out as it can be scary with so many people in my family having colon cancer. Would appreciate some prayers to be able to get appointments with my physician (hard these days) and the surgeon doctor who does the internal exams as I may need them. I am hoping and praying that it is nothing serious, but THANKS SO MUCH ... Rosebud

Tami I just read your post. I don't know one person in this world that is perfect we all make mistakes. Somewhere in the Bible Jesus stood in front of a woman and told them if they had not sinned in life well cast your stone but if you have sinned in life put it down. They all put their stone down. We have all sinned someway or another. Please come an joy us on Christian Encourager's, July... we would love to have you. Jesus loves you Tami, he is so awesome. Tami, please come and join us in our daily travels through life, we each face problems but we have each other to pray for us and help us. A few years back I hit rock bottom and I came here and without even knowing my friends I made on here ,picked me back up, and every time they seen I was falling they would reach out with their Christian love and pull me back up. They are precious to me.[/B]

Heavenly Father, As always we come to you with gratitude, although many times confused and scared, for situations life puts us through. We know many times these situations are quick in passing and other times these issues stay with us on a daily basis. One thing we do understand is that You are always with us and will be forever! We pray that You continue to carry us on our journey until we do reach home. As always we pray in the Name of Our Savior, Your Son, that did everything for us so we may live with You in eternity...Amen.

THANKS SO MUCH FOR YOUR PRAYERS FOR ME ~ things are looking a bit better today. I will be making an appointment tomorrow when the office opens. Everyone thinks that I should have this checked into (including myself) -- best to know for sure what it is than wondering about the "unknowns" ... they are more scary than anything.

PRAYER REQUEST PLEASE ~ I just got off the phone with my AUNT PAT (Uncle Tom's wife) and was surprised to find out that she is in the hospital. A whirlwind of things have happened since Tom passed. PAT broke her leg when she tried to take their riding lawn mower off the trailer (she didn't have the trailer secured; as she had taken it off the hitch). She is so lucky it wasn't worse -- the trailer flipped up and the lawnmower came flying down on top of her.

That caused a compressed ? fracture (the top bone slammed down on the top of the calf bone fracturing it on two sides; inside and out). So ... she was sent to the city to see a specialist, who decided to operate on her knee that very same day (last Thursday). They put pieces of bone in to secure it for now.

We didn't know where she was -- we had called and emailed and gone by her house, but her van was at the friend's house who drove her to the hospital in the city. She is now in our local hospital recuperating; they have her using a standing walker to use the ladies room etc and walk a bit too. She doesn't know how long she'll be in there though.

We pray that her knee will heal up quickly and that the pain will subside as it heals. How the LORD has been looking after her -- to get to see a specialist so quickly; and be operated on the same day (and on a holiday to boot) ~ PTL!!! I think it was great that he moved so quickly so it wouldn't drag out so long too ~ PTL again!
