Hey Andrea i lost 2.4 lbs today and i gained 2.4 lbs last week so im even but i do not ever want that 2.4lbs back again . LOL

I am getting a little better, but throat still pretty darn sore. now my 3 and 10 year old have it. yuck. i weighed in tonight, i did not stay for mtg since i have had strept throat, but did go wi, i lost 2 more pounds which was really super since i have eaten, but been mostly in bed all week, no exercise and TOM is visiting. according to my ww goal, i only have 3.2 more pounds to go till i hit my goal and start on maintenance, but when i set that goal of 135, never thought i would hit it, now that i am almost there, i actually want ot get to 130, but i can still start maintenance at 135 and still lose 5 more pounds, she said that is fine. peg

Where is everyone at for this challenge ? I NOTICED THAT THERE HAVE NOT HARDLY BEEN ANY POST ON THE WEEKLY WEIGH IN THREADS FOR THIS WEEK !!!
Do we still have very many doing this !! As i said im in it for the long haul or until no one wants to do it which ever happens first !! Or until you get tired of us---- LOL--

Well--- i will check back later to see what is going on !!! My kids i babysit are wanting breakfast and hopefully i will be able to take them all outside today because it is supposed to get almost 70 today here in good ole KY.

peg im sorry your kids caught it that stinks gl w that. on a happioer note----- 3 lbs from goal? you go giorl congrats!!!!!!!!! and yeah they usually will let you lose a few on maintance. ive done alot of thinking and i really need to kick my own butt into gear i cant keep gaining like this. i think ill shop over the weekend and be ready for monday.

hey deb! whats up girl? have fun w the kids in that beautiful weathger! im jealous!!! i think most ppl dropped out which kinda stinks but not much you can do i guess---i do know still have 5 more weeks to go.
