  • I lost a whole 2 ounces people! lol
  • from last monday ive lost 0.8 pounds. le sigh.
  • I'M IN THE 180's!!! YEA!!!

(188.6 lbs, to be exact. )

That's only 1.8 lbs down from last Monday's weigh-in, but considering that last week was finals week for me, and I had/have a back injury, I probably gained sometime over the week... So I not only got rid of that in the past 3 days, but I also lost 1.8 lbs more! So I'm not complaining, haha.

Congrats to everyone one your losses!
  • After i peed this morning after my 2 ounce loss i lost another 6 haha! so i guess its an 8 ounce loss! WOOT! lol
  • ^ LOL, nice! Congrats on the extra loss!
  • 187 on the dot today. woowoo!
2 lbs to my new years goal!
  • I lost 3.2 lbs this week ! bringing me out of the 160's to 157.8 !! I am 3 ounces away from my first goal of 157.5 , my 10 % goal. I also think I will be able to make my goal of being 155( a 20 lb loss) on New years!! I am so happy!
  • Alright ladies well today is not official weigh in day...but I was curious because my TOM is here and I am SUPER bloated. I weighed in at 204.2...that's .6 down from last week....lets hope that tomorrow is even better and then next week rocks!
Congrats on your awesome losses ladies...December seems like a great month..lets finish the year with a bang

WOW that's awesome! Whats your secret?! lol
  • Leighish - Congrats, girl!! That's awesome! And good look reaching your mini-goal! You can and definitely WILL do it!! I think I was hoping to reach my next mini-goal (183 lbs) by New Year's too, but I dunno whether I still believe that's possible, LOL... Though I suppose I only have 5-6 lbs to go, and a little over two weeks to do it--so ya never know! If I'm really good for the next two weeks... Pshh, yeah right!

hiimnatalie - Daaayum, 3.2 lbs in one week is really freaking impressive for anyone, but especially for someone your size! I am very impressed! Well done. Good luck reaching your mini-goal, too! With awesome stats like that, it should be no problem for you! Haha.

Blcarter - WOW, a loss when you've just started TOM? That's like 5 losses during a non-TOM time, LOL! Congrats! I'm sure you'll definitely see a big loss next week, once you've gotten rid of all the water weight/bloating/etc... That is, as long as you don't give in to all the TOM cravings... Stay strong!
  • Haha , I don't think I have any secrets! But I have quit drinking, I write down every thing I eat, and I take the stairs every where ( I live on the tenth floor so its a little bit of a hike!)
  • Okay so I may not be able to really emphasize what I've done RIGHT over the last week... but I can point out things I've done wrong! lol this past weekend was broadsided by TOM cravings and included the following: pizza - fast food - chips - chocolate - beer - wine - absolute disregard of what I "should" be eating. oh, and very very little water.

So no surprise that after weighing in semi decent yesterday, it has all caught up to me today. I have magically gained 4 lbs putting me at 180. Lovely right? ya, thought so too.

Super jealous of anyone *cough* BLcarter *cough* lol that loses weight before TOM. If only i could control all those crazy moodswing cravings. Bah!
  • Preppingbride 2 weeks ago 2 days after my TOM i was 4 pounds heavier too , You'll lose it all this week im sure
  • Preppingbride, I agree with jahjah1223, with a mixture of it being that TOM and eating sodium filled ( but oh so yummy) food, I'm guessing that most if not all of it is water weight, and it will be gone by next week.
  • New to this website, but i've been reading it for the past couple days and all of you keep inspiring me to keep going. I had to go to doc today and was down 3.5 lbs since last monday's visit to another doc. Feeling good. I can do it this time
