YEAH!! That sounds like loads of fun!
On my side I'm just trying to keep my head afloat. I'm feeling really sick. Chills, sore throat and just tired as heck. Geez I'm going to and not let it stop me today. I'm going to try and workout.
If you're sick, Mez, you might just need to rest.
Is it too late to join? I saw that quote (about losing 10 lbs 10 times) a while back and thought it was great. I need to lose a total of about 125 lbs. I am in a family WW club and started at 335 and am down to 328, so I'll make 335 my start and I have 3lbs to go!! I weigh in on Tuesdays as that's "Fat Club" day! ha A little about me: I'm 26 and single, work in daycare. And I need to start exercising! Ugh. I hate it, but I really feel like that's what will do it for me. Thanks for the thread and wish me luck!
One more late addition please.. ? Hi, I started coming here a few weeks ago and I love the support. My moto (this time around) is Baby Steps... so the 10 pound increment challenge is just what I need. I've lost 7 pounds so far, so I'm in for 10 pounds at least 7 times... sounds a lot easier than 70.. thanks for the opportunity to join all of you... 10X7
Okay, I guess I can keep up with two threads. Shari, your slogan is just too good to pass up.
10x10 here I come!
Hey, I've been here before, but it's been ages.
In December I found out I was pregnant, but ended up having a miscarriage in January. During that time I was eating quite often.
Lately I've been going up and down the same pounds.
I just signed up for Weight Watchers, so my first meeting will be Tuesday. I'm not sure if I'm even going to bother weighing in until then.
I'd like to join back in. I really need to do this, and I need to pick back up and start losing again. I worked too hard last year to stop trying.
Great thread!! Can I join in?
I'll count myself as 4 lbs into the challenge already since I lost some weight since my gallbladder removal surgery a few weeks ago.
Spunker - I'm sorry to hear about your miscarriage. I hope everything is ok now.
Shari - What a great compliment you received. Isn't it amazing how a comment like that can boost your confidence and totally make your day? Thanks for starting this thread!
Whoo hoo! 3.5 lost last week (some of it just showed up after a really small .4 lost the week before!).
