
I've been in maintenance for a while now and I'm still very happy with the results from IP! I have been maintaining around 170 (got down to 165 but knew the glycogen stores would return), and after a treat day I'm usually at 174.
I am starting Phase 1 again today because I would really like my base weight to be closer to 160-165 (I AM SOOO SICK OF SEEING 170'S ON THE SCALE)! LOL!!
So here I am again!! I do have a couple of questions tho.....
Do you think it's ok to do boot camp from the get go? The coach I would ask is away on vacation and I didn't think to contact her prior to today! And speaking of "boot camp".....do you guys do eggs every day for your meal? I didn't realize that was part of it (but I know my coach did boot camp and she had eggs daily).
Also, after I finished IP I went back to working out full force. Cardio 4x a week for an hour plus lifting weights 2x a week. I'd really like to continue with my exercise regime but don't want to be exhausted. Any suggestions? I'm assuming I should I do an extra shake but is that ok even if I'm doing boot camp?

AND... wow, am I thinking about it. There is something to be said for our bodies craving nutrition. SO much better than the carb cravings that I had just one week ago. I'm thinking of suggesting to the cafe downstairs that they look into getting a juicing machine. Heck, if I'd buy fresh juices, maybe others would too??
